ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed full-time in Scottsbluff.  This position will provide administrative support to three outpatient clinical programs. Qualified candidates will have excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and extensive experience with other MS Office programs. Other requirements include strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently, and experience taking meeting minutes.  Preferred applicants will have experience in a medical office.

GRANTS MANAGER needed full-time at Region I Behavioral Health Prevention Program in Scottsbluff.  This position will be responsible for grant management, coordination of the diverse regional substance abuse prevention coalition, and provision of leadership for the coalition’s project management team.  Qualified candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.  Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and experience working with community outreach or community organizing.

APRN

EMERGENCY SERVICES COORDINATOR needed at Region I Behavioral Health Authority in Scottsbluff. The ESC serves as a specialist in the area of behavioral health and performs professional level work in developing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating Region I services. This position works closely with service providers, community representatives, attorneys, consumer groups, law enforcement, educators, and social services to create a climate for interagency collaboration and management of the behavioral health emergency systems in the Panhandle. Excellent written and oral communication skills, budgeting ability, computer, and coordination skills are required. May be required to supervise other departments. Extensive working knowledge of the Region I behavioral health system and a bachelor’s degree in the human services field or nursing is required.  Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license as travel is involved. Extensive background checks are completed.
